Author and supervision expert John Roulet has developed a systematic approach to supervision that ensures breakout performance. He helps businesses implement more efficient human performance processes that control costs and maximize productivity.
He is currently a consultant with a global Management Consulting Firm. Previously, he served as Director of Organizational Development for LABCORP, a $3 billion company and diagnostic technologies industry leader, where he helped increase efficiencies among the company’s 24,000 employees.
He earned a Master’s Degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a BA in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He lives in North Carolina.
